About Mozzarella
The Low moisture Mozzarella Cheese is one of Italian cheese with stretched-curd (pasta filata). The 90% of world production of Low moisture Mozzarella Cheese is used for making the Pizza; so it is called Pizza Cheese too. Muzarella Cheese is made from fresh pasteurized milk. Firstly and for producing it, milk fat is taken by low content in order to prevent overstating the milk. Then, it acidifies by lactate cultures. Adding whey, the milk is coagulated; and clot stretch happens in hot water after slicing and dewatering it. This causes to form elastic texture, fiber texture and stretching and melting in final produced cheese.It is necessary to note that all of Pizza Cheeses are not in Muzarella type in our country but are the kind of processed cheese which produced because of its low cost. So, their characteristics is different from Muzzarella Cheese. Dalya produces Muzzarella Cheese in Low-fat and Low-fat Low-salt types too. Dalya is the only holder of safety and health token from Food and Drug administration, Ministry of Health.

Dalya Food Industry Co. was established with the aim of producing Mozzarella cheese in 2003. The main aim and policy for R & D and quality control managing department are increasing the quality and maintaining product uniformity in all seasons. By this, Dalya was awarded the Health and Safety Index, Health Apple, by Food and Drug administration depended to the Ministry of Health. Dalya started up to setting up the production line for Donut Dough, Semi-prepared Pizza bread and Semi-prepared Yufka bread in different size and forms by second phase of its expanding plan in 2016 : the production expanding and responding to market demand. To get the considered aim, Dalya benefited by experts and engineer's expertise and modern and full-automatic machines. High quality and keeping the nutrition health for relevant consumers are the product highlights for Dalya. The products including Pirushki Dough, Pizza bread and Yufka bread are prepared without preservatives and with the best raw materials; they are very delicious and flexible. Mentioned products are distributed and delivered in Thermoforming packaging for the first time in Iran.
